EDIT: Fixed the picture so his right arm isn't cut off.
This is a recreation of one of my first major villains, and possibly my favorite. He is Argimus, a monster created when an alien substance fell into a dissected corpse during an autopsy. I haven't developed the origins too much beyond that, but eventually this new and hellish creation destroyed its area of enclosure and set out to cause havoc. Honestly, when I made villains back then, I didn't give a damn where they came from. I was, and hopefully can remain, pleased with simply developing their personality more than the backstory crap.
Argimus hates most who oppose him, but he respects a worthy opponent. His temper is pretty stable, and it takes a lot for him to get mad. He has a knack for building machinery, and has created a successful and dangerous android known as Ulta, who stands as his right-hand man, and has the ability to change forms (more on that later).
I updated a few things about him to make him look more organic (such as extra detail, kind tough to do so, but whatever), and made his wings into a still cape-like extremity that stays in place for the most part.
Like many of my villains, I focused much more on looks than much else, since they usually boiled down to them making a large fortress with legions of servants. Of course, along with one of my other older villains, Argimus is my favorite in terms of how he turned out. Actually, it took me three tries to come up with a good design for what Argimus would look like, and I didn't think of the name until I thought of this design. However, I have decided as of late to bring back the other two designs as his "siblings" of sorts. I also planned initially to have them combine at one point to form a mega-beast, but I think I'll keep away from that lame method and keep them as separate entities.
You'll definitely see more character reduxes in the future, as I loved how this guy came out! and I may keep them in pencil; no need to ink EVERY DAMN THING!

Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
